1. Services and acceptable use
Follvex provides digital promotion services for public social-media pages and content. We do not sell accounts, request social passwords, or access customer accounts. You must use the services lawfully, have authority to promote the submitted content, and provide a working public link.
2. Orders and delivery
The service, quantity, and full price are shown before confirmation. Delivery begins after funds are deducted from the account balance. Delivery times and speeds are estimates and vary by platform, service, and volume. Do not place overlapping orders for the same link.
3. Results
The dashboard shows order status, delivered quantity, and remaining quantity when supplied by the fulfillment provider. We do not guarantee organic sales, revenue, reach, or that a social platform will not later adjust displayed metrics.
4. Payments
Bank-card deposits are processed by Cardlink. Follvex does not receive or store complete card numbers. Balance is credited only after a verified payment-provider notification.
5. Refills and refunds
Refill terms depend on the selected service and are shown before ordering. The undelivered part of a cancelled or partially completed order is returned to the account balance after review. Payment refunds follow our Refund Policy.
6. Restrictions
Illegal content, deception, impersonation, harassment, election interference, and promotion of content you are not authorized to use are prohibited. We may stop such orders and restrict the account.
